- A damage deposit of around AED 500 - 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
- All farm stay bookings are Non-refundable and Non-amendable once confirmed.
- Check-in time after 03.00 pm and Check-out time before 01.00 pm as per the farm policy.
- Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
- Consuming alcohol not allowed in the majority of all farms and hotels in the UAE
- Early check-in / late checks out are subject to the availability of the farm
- Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in the farm or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Sabsan Holidays will not be responsible for it.
- Rates are not valid for peak Festive season i.e. New Year, National Holidays, Eid Holidays etc.
- Rates are subject to change/revision based on any increase/decrease in the hotels’/suppliers’ rates or the taxes imposed by the government.
- A damage deposit of AED 1000 is required on arrival which is reimbursed on check-out.

Simple and Neat Farm

The farm is the option we selected in our budget, we 30 people stayed here for a event, the place is spacious and we enjoyed the evening, thank you team sabsan for this arragment
