The Garni temple is dedicated to the sun goddess Mythra.
Garni was made out of perfect sacred geometry of the ancient days- it follows Pythagorean and Platonic theories of sacred geometry in its design.

To reach Tatev monastery you have to take this cable car ride. Tatev monastery is another picturesque church in Armenia. Reaching there itself is an adventure. Areni winery

    DAY 1: ARRIVAL | 05 JUNE 2019

    Arrive at the Zvartnots International Airport in Yerevan. Transfer to your hotel and check-in. Overnight stay at the Hotel


    Breakfast at hotel. Today proceed for your half-day city tour of Yerevan. During our city tour, we shall visit Monument and museum of Genociide-Tsitsernakaberd, Church of Grigor Lusavorich, Monument of Mother Armenia, park of victory, Cascade, Republic Square. Overnight stay at the Hotel


    Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast and proceed for a picturesque trip to the Lake Sevan, you will be picked up at the hotel. Meeting with our guide at 10.00 in the lobby of your hotel. We’ll start our tour to Tsahkadzor-Lake Sevan. You’ll have a chance to see a ski resort of Armenia with it’s mountains, snow and Ropeway. Also you’ll visit Kecharis church. After we’ll continue our way to the Lake Sevan, where you can visit Sevanavank monastery. In Sevan you can taste a fresh fish from the lake (with additional charge). In the evening we’ll be back to Yerevan. Free time. Overnight.


    Breakfast. Today take an Optional tour of Garni – Geghard. Meet our guide in the lobby of your hotel at 09.00 for starting tour of destination Garni & Geghard. Our first stop will be Charent’s arch- for the wonderful view of Mount Ararat, where you can take amazing photos. After we’ll continue our way to rocky Monastery Geghard, fantastic example of Armenian medieval architecture (12-13 cc), a UNESCO World Heritage site. Geghard- Upstream of Azat River lies Geghard monastery, glorious for its rocky architecture. This splendid monument of medieval Armenian architecture constructed in the 12-13th centuries stands on the slope of reserved natural amphitheater of sheer rocks encircled by severe and divine nature. The churches of the monastery and the funerary chamber of royal family who owned the monastery are carved in monolithic rock and are the result of architect Galdzak's work. The structures of the temple are struck by architectural forms-shapes and by luxurious sculptural trimming. The territory of monastery is covered with highly artistic khachkars. Our final stop will be Garni temple, the only reconstructed monument in the territory of Armenia, dating back to the period of paganism and Hellenism. Back to Yerevan. Free time. Overnight

    DAY 5: DEPARTURE | 09 JUNE 2019

      Wonderful coordination and execution. On time service.
      Quality of hotel selection can be improved. But hotel location was prime and at the centre.
      Transport service and guide was excellent.
