Overall Trip was good. But the tour operator must send only pre-decided one to receive. There were 2 to receive me at the Baku Airport. One was with my name & other tried to pick me by saying i am here to receive u. i choose the man with my name by guessing he is the one to receive me there but i was wrong. other than this it was good. i really enjoyed these few days there. overall customer service is v good. tour guide was also good but he was struggling with english. overal experience was good with sabsan holidays. satisfied
