Sabsan’s quotation system static pricing dependent on the supplier. It is not exceptional for suppliers such as Airlines, Cruise Liners and Hotels to retail out, modify or take away prices including advertised special rates. If prices, rates or inclusions fluctuate from your quotation or from an advertised price, Sabsan will notify you of any modification earlier to your booking request and any transaction being administered.
If you do not desire to go on with the booking at the new rate, you may withdraw the booking request without having to bear any cost. When your booking has been completed and payment acknowledged, any new special rates cannot be applied to prevailing bookings. Earlier to full and final payment being acknowledged, Sabsan Holidays reserves the right to introduce different prices and rates in the event of variations in exchange rates or price rises made by suppliers or other dealers.
If the cost of any service upsurges owing to exchange rate variations, price surges, tax variations or any other cause, you are required to pay the upturn when informed by us or you may withdraw the booking. Sabsan Holidays is not responsible in any way if any rise occurs due to exchange rate variations, taxes or supplier announcements.
Bookings itinerant more than 45 days out will be prerequisite to pay a non-refundable deposit of AEDs 1000 at the time of confirmation with the balance payable 45 days prior to travel. Earlier to the due date of travel, the balance may be paid by credit card or you may transfer into our bank account directly to evade card fees. Sabsan Holidays will email you a closing payment reminder. Travel vouchers and booking approvals cannot be delivered until final payment is established. If you fail to pay by the due date, Sabsan reserves the right to inevitably charge the credit card if the final payment is completed. Any booking not paid in full by the due date is subject to automatic withdrawal without further announcement. Any deposit paid will be surrendered or, at your request, it may be used as a payment towards another booking. Deposit conditions for certain lodging and tour products may differ and Sabsan will advise you of these conditions and request your agreement earlier to continuing with the booking.
Bookings completed within 45 days of travel are owed in full by Credit Card only.
Airlines are instant purchase and Airlines need full payment straight by credit card only. Sabsan Holidays is unable to receive direct deposits for airline purchases.
Sabsan Holidays dislikes businesses that add duplicitous fees during the booking process as much as you do! So Sabsan refuses to do it! ZERO credit card fees and ZERO booking fees!
When you provide your credit card details and accept our Terms & Conditions, you authorize Sabsan Holidays to arrange for funds to be debited from your nominated credit card as per the terms & conditions of the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement (DDRSA) subject to amendment from time to time.
