November 30 \u2013 Commemoration Day<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Commemoration Day (sometimes referred to as Martyr\u2019s Day) was declared by His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, in 2015 to remember the emiratis who died for the country. It is a public holiday which falls on Saturday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
December 2 \u2013 UAE National Day<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
UAE national day is a fixed holiday every year. The UAE was under the British Protectorate, and the treaty was withdrawn on December 1, 1971. Two days are granted as public holidays and falls on Monday, which means a long weekend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
